Shipping and Delivery

What are your delivery options and costs?

We personally handle every delivery to ensure it reaches you safely and securely.

  • Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Enjoy free delivery on orders above ₱10,000 within the Cebu Province and above ₱30,000 for locations outside Cebu.
  • Check out our list of delivery locations.
When can I expect my order to arrive?

Delivery time varies depending on volume of orders, scheduling availability, and location:

  • Within Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Talisay City: same-day delivery or 1-2 days
  • Outside Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Talisay City, within Cebu Province: 2-4 days
  • Outside Cebu: 3-7 days

Please note:

  • Delivery time is based on business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM or on Sundays cannot be delivered on the same day; delivery will be scheduled in the next available delivery window.
Can I track my order?

Yes, you may track your order directly through our chatbox.

  1. Click on the chatbox located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Select "Track My Order".
  3. Select "Enter Order Information".
  4. Enter your order number (e.g., if your order is Order 1001, simply enter 1001) and your email address.
  5. Once submitted, you will receive your order status via email.

Shipping costs vary for different locations.

If you have a preferred forwarder, we may accommodate your request. If the shipping cost exceeds the amount calculated at checkout, an additional fee will be requested to cover the difference. Shipment will be processed once payment for the additional fee has been completed.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Our deliveries are limited to locations within the Philippines. Please refer to our list of delivery locations.

Payment Methods

What forms of payment do you accept?
  • You may choose any available option provided on the checkout page.
  • Credit/Debit cards, GCash, and Maya are accepted.
Do you accept payments through cheque or online bank transfer?

For faster processing of orders, we recommend using the available payment options provided at checkout.

If you prefer to pay via cheque or online bank transfer, you may select the "Cheque/Fund Transfer" option on the checkout page. After completing payment, you will be requested to send the proof of payment to mmc.manyustores@gmail.com

Payment must be cleared before processing of orders.

Please note:

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

The original invoice must be presented to process returns.

Please record a quick video while opening the package as proof for return claims.

Returns will not be accepted if due to the following:

  • Change of mind of the buyer
  • Item defects due to the mishandling of the buyer
  • Awareness of defects on items sold at a discount during promotions or clearance sales

How do I return an item?

To process a return, please present the following:

  1. Video proof showing the unboxing and testing of the item, clearly showing the defect or wrong item served
  2. Photo of the original invoice that came with the purchase

After review of the video proof and original invoice, we will guide you through the next steps for a replacement.

What are your store hours?

Regular store hours:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8 AM - 5 PM (PH Time)

We are closed on Sundays.

Where are you located?
Are you BIR-registered and VAT-registered?

Yes, all our branches are BIR-registered, and all our products are VAT-inclusive.

If you have orders and require the BIR Form No. 2303 (Certificate of Registration) from us, kindly contact our main office (+63 919 066 6064) to request for a copy.

Do you accept withholding tax (BIR Form No. 2307)?

Yes, we accept withholding tax from top withholding agents as required by the BIR.

Please provide us a copy of the Withholding Tax Certificate (BIR Form No. 2307) upon payment.

Do you offer product warranties?

Product warranties are only available for Makita Power Tools.

Please note that the warranty period is indicated in the description of each product under Shop.

Can I place an order for out-of-stock items?

Yes, you may request here or click the chatbox located at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Please note that any order placed for out-of-stock items is non-cancellable. A down payment will be required before processing of orders.
